International Women in Engineering Day: In their own words

We are proud to celebrate International Women in Engineering Day today.

In our field, we have had the privilege of working with some remarkable women engineers. Throughout today, we will be highlighting the importance of women’s contribution to engineering with some thoughts from a few of them. 

The theme for this year’s International Women in Engineering Day is #EngineeringHeroes. To celebrate some of our Engineering Heroes, we asked them to share some of their thoughts and experiences. 

 Ileana Lupsa, National Networks Programme Coordinator – APC UK, shared some of her thoughts and experiences on ‘The engineering heroes of tomorrow’ to mark the day.
