Having graduated from Loughborough University with a B.Sc. in Economics with Politics, Caroline joined the Cooperative movement and spent her early years building a career path in HR and training within a retail environment.
She made the move to a leading edge engineering environment in 1999 when recruited to Stewart Grand Prix as their first HR Manager. Through a series of sales and re-brandings, Stewart became Jaguar Racing under Ford, then Red Bull Racing when acquired by Dietrich Mateschitz.
Caroline then joined the HR team at Williams Grand Prix Engineering in 2011, through to 2018, providing support as HR Manager for the F1 side of the business, working with a diverse team of HR professionals.
Overall, some 35+ years generalist HR experience, 17 of which within the Formula One industry, supporting and empowering management and employees to deliver the core objectives of the business.“
