You could be a BusinessGreen Technology Award winner – apply now!

The awarding winning journal BusinessGreen has launched a new series of free-to-enter ‘Technology Awards’ aimed specifically at recognising the ground breaking work companies are doing to develop low carbon technology.

Following on from the success and popularity of the BusinessGreen Leaders Awards, in which the APC won ‘NGO of the Year‘ award for 2015, the ceremony aims to promote low carbon technology from across all sectors, including transport.

The Transport Technology of the Year award is open to any transport-related technology that promises to curb the environmental impact of the auto, aviation, or shipping sectors, be it through reduced air pollution, enhanced fuel efficiency, improved resource efficiency, and/or cuts to carbon emissions.

The judges are looking for highly innovative technologies that can be applied at scale and will deliver tangible environmental benefits for the transport sector. The deadline for submission is Friday 2 October with the award ceremony taking place at a secret location in London and will be announced soon.
