APC Zenzic board appoints new Chair

The Advanced Propulsion Centre UK (APC), and Zenzic has appointed a new Chair of the board after Professor Bob Dover steps down following 10 years of leadership and guidance.

Ian Constance, CEO, APC & Zenzic said:
Bob Dover has served as Chair of the Board for 10 years and has provided us with great leadership, sage counsel and deep Automotive wisdom. Bob has decided that now is the time to step down. After a thorough recruitment process, we have elected to appoint Neville Jackson as our new Chair. Neville has served as a Non-Executive Director on the board for 6 years.
We are indebted to Bob for his support and leadership of APC and Zenzic and want to thank him for his service.

Geoff Bicknell, who has been with APC from the very beginning, has also stepped down from the APC & Zenzic board. Martin Hudson has been appointed in his place and picks up the Audit Committee Chair responsibilities from Geoff. Martin brings a wealth of both Automotive and Financial experience from roles at Ford, McLaren and Williams.
Mike Biddle of Innovate UK has also stepped down from his non-exec director role after 4 years and will be succeeded by Dr Valentina Gentili. Dr Gentili is Director for Advanced Manufacturing & Materials within Innovate UK’s Innovation Service Val has recently picked up responsibility for DRIVE35 and CAM Pathfinder within Innovate UK.
APC and Zenzic would like to thank the Board members who are departing and welcome those stepping into the big shoes left behind.
