The APC at LCV2014

The Advanced Propulsion Centre made its public debut today at LCV2014, the low carbon vehicle show at Millbrook. The APC stand in Hall 3 provides a central location for visitors to meet the APC team, learn about the opportunities available to help them and see the progress made in recent months.

Chief Executive Tony Pixton spoke at this afternoon’s seminar ‘UK Capabilities Development‘ and made the first public presentation of the APC’s animation explaining
how the organisation is helping organisations turn low carbon technologies into products.

Visitors from Africa, China, Europe, Korea, and the USA saw the display of the current APC1 projects on the stand and had meetings with representatives from the APC and the  Automotive Council.

The inaugural LowCVP Low Carbon Champions Awards take place tonight in Milton Keynes ahead of the second and final day at LCV2014 tomorrow.
