JSAE 2017

Held at the Pacifico Yokohama Conference Centre, Japan on the 24-26 May 2017, JSAE is one of the largest automotive events in Asia. This annual exhibition is sponsored by the Society of Automotive Engineers of Japan and is held concurrently with the JSAE Annual Congress. It is a key showcase event for automotive technologies in this major market.

The UK Pavilion is heading to Japan to showcase the best of British low carbon innovation. Advanced Propulsion Centre

The Advanced Propulsion Centre (APC) exists to position the UK as a centre of excellence for low carbon propulsion development and production. It is a £1 billion, ten-year commitment between government and the automotive industry and offers grant funding for consortia through twice-yearly competitions.

Camcom Automotive

Camcon is commercializing IVA, an electro-magnetic valvetrain. Digital control brings infinitely variable lift, timing, period and shaping of valve events, with no mechanical timing drive. Emissions are dramatically reduced, performance enhanced.

The 12V system is being proven on a firing engine program with Jaguar Land Rover. Camcon is seeking additional OEM’s and Tier 1’s to bring the product to market.
