The APC will support collaborative partners with the development of the business plan for their project where the lead partner or partners do not have this experience or where additional support is required, for example in determining value for money to support a collaborative project submission.
Our business planning service covers a wide remit and we will tailor our level of support to suit the needs of the organization. This service is wide ranging and a few examples may be:
- Working with an organization to develop the business plan for their project or product to engage interest of other collaborative partners
- Developing the business plan with a range of collaborative partners to maximize the projects probability of delivering maximum returns
- Supporting members of a project team to build their individual business plan or case
- Working with members of the spoke network to develop business plans that enable development of additional capability.
